How to interpret a classic watch staying actual? Many are trying, often with poor results.. there are those who copy the past, trying to repeat something already seen, others simply adds to a classic watch modern details. Ora-X has a strict philosophy about it, the past is a closed chapter, which serves as a wealth of experience but that can not be repeated or made current. If you want to interpret the concept of classic watch you have to start from scratch, from a blank sheet of paper and figure out what is the concept of classic today.
From this work comes Classikus, the personal interpretation that Ora-X offers of a traditional and modern clock at the same time. To make this contrast of classic and modern, Classikus proposes a soft curves dial and square, net indices, the soft colors and gradient of the dial are the perfect backdrop for an elegant but strong violet, the continuous movement of the seconds meets every minute with the weather info, this is the most modern a classic timepiece can be.
The ambient low-power mode offers a basic dial designed with a tone of cool and pleasant mint green.
Ora-X Classikus, a timeless watch that comes in our days and that Ora-X offers free to any Smartwatch owner, because the beauty of this dial can make more beautiful every moment of our lives.
If you like it, please support my work, consider to buy any of the other original Ora-X watchfaces, for example, the Classikus GMT-2 model, which adds to the standard Classikus two 24h time zones, ideal for anyone who feel as a citizen of the world.
Classikus has the following functions:
- 12h dial with hours, minutes, small continuous seconds at 6, day and date;
- Current weather information;
- Battery level indicator by color changing;
- Works fine also on round and square dials;
- Dimmed mode in mint green.
